They do not replace the written proposal, contract, scope of work, change order, warranty, financing agreement, payment agreement, or other project-specific document that may apply to work performed by Heritage Fence & Deck LLC.
A construction or service project becomes subject to the specific terms contained in the applicable written agreement between Heritage and the customer.
If a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these website Terms regarding the project itself, the project-specific written agreement will control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any right or protection that cannot lawfully be waived.
3. ESTIMATES, QUOTES, PRICING, AND PROJECT INFORMATION
Website descriptions, price ranges, calculators, examples, promotional materials, photographs, educational materials, or other pricing-related information are provided for general informational purposes unless Heritage expressly identifies them as a formal written proposal or binding offer.

Heritage may offer free estimates, consultations, or related scheduling opportunities.
Availability may depend on service area, project type, scheduling capacity, property location, and other reasonable business considerations.
Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee that Heritage has accepted the project or agreed to perform work.
We may contact you to confirm information, determine whether the project is within our service area or scope, reschedule an appointment, or obtain additional information before or after a consultation.
If a particular service requires a fee, Heritage will communicate that information before the applicable service is performed.
5. SCHEDULING AND APPOINTMENTS
Appointment times submitted through the website or a third-party scheduling service are subject to availability and confirmation.
Weather, traffic, emergencies, prior appointments, staffing, project conditions, or other circumstances may occasionally require us to adjust an appointment.

9. PAYMENTS

Payment processing may be performed by a third-party payment provider and may be subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.
The availability of an online payment link does not modify the payment schedule or other payment obligations contained in an applicable Heritage proposal, invoice, contract, change order, or other written agreement.
If there is a difference between information displayed on a general website page and a project-specific invoice or agreement, the project-specific documentation controls.
10. CUSTOMER DOCUMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS
The website or customer systems may allow you to submit information or documents, including photographs, property information, surveys, plans, HOA documents, project specifications, warranty information, service requests, or other materials.

General information on this website concerning permits, HOA requirements, property lines, surveys, utilities, zoning, building requirements, or similar matters is educational in nature.

A rendering or inspiration image does not change the specifications contained in a signed project agreement.

Project-specific disputes may also be governed by the dispute-resolution, arbitration, venue, or governing-law provisions contained in the applicable signed project agreement.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Any invalid or unenforceable provision should be interpreted or limited only to the extent reasonably necessary to make it enforceable where permitted.
25. NO WAIVER
If Heritage does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not necessarily waive our right to enforce that provision later.
